But some audiences want a lot more. Such was the case with the Senior HR Development Forum, a Florida-based group affiliated with the American Society of Training Development. Made up of senior practitioners in human resources, training, organizational development, and related consulting fields, the group asked Tom to deliver an interactive two-hour session at one of its quarterly meetings. The forthright approach sparked an impromptu dialogue among group members, and together, they turned the session into a rich learning experience.
