Tom is a frequent speaker at conferences
and conventions. One of these was for the Delaware Association of School Administrators,
a professional association of superintendents, principals, assistant principals,
and central office administrators from Delaware's 19 school districts. The planners
made his keynote topic (Turning Good Ideas into Great Achievements) the overall conference
theme.
Following his keynote, Tom led one
of the concurrent sessions. This two-talk approach works greats. People get insight
and inspiration in the opening session -- and a chance to roll up their sleeves and
put the information to work in the second session.
Upbeat, helpful, and specific. We
all need some inspiration and motivation -- and Tom Terez delivered!
-- Cristy Greaves, Principal,
Laurel School District, Delaware

I've delivered keynotes and workshops
to many other groups whose missions involve education, including Colin County (TX)
Community College District, Pinellas County (FL) Schools, Quincy University, Ohio
Wesleyan University, John Wood Community College, Head Start, and more. Here are
a few of their comments:
Very motivating! I hope to go back
to my classroom and do the same for them.
-- Amber Bacon, Washington County
Schools, Tennessee
The 22 keys really helped our group
focus on specific issues. I had never looked at work that way, but I knew there was
something missing. The keys helped to crystallize those feelings.
-- Mark Moore, Instructor, John
Wood Community College
Following your presentation here,
we used the 22 Keys as an exercise at our staff retreat. It went so well that we
have carried it through into our biweekly staff meetings. The dialogue has been very
enlightening, and I have noticed changes in behaviors that are subtle but very important.
-- Cathy Snow, Human Resources
Consultant, Northern Arizona University
You have a gift, and it's wonderful
how you've chosen to live your life as a reflection of your work and vice-versa.
It's obvious you love what you do as you strive to make a difference. Thanks for
sharing that with others!
-- Nancy Orlando, Senior Tax
Research Analyst, Vertex, Inc., Berwyn PA
Tom Terez is smart, humorous, down
to earth, and easy to listen to. And the 22 Keys Workplace Assessment is a great
tool for assessing an organization's culture.
-- Diane Allen, Assistant Principal,
Ridgecrest Elementary School
Tom's presentation was lively and
meaningful. The information was great -- the perfect reminder that we need to keep
our eyes and hearts on what really matters. I'm excited about exploring the "keys"
in my workplace.
-- Chris Varnell, Director,
Lancaster-Fairfield County (Ohio) Head Start
